For some  of the best information on gerbils, please visit the American Gerbil
Society. All of our breeding gerbils are registered with them.  If you are
interested in breeding or registering one of our pups, please ask for their
papers.  Also, under Yahoo Groups, there are two forums on gerbils that you
can go to for information from other gerbil fans.  The best reference book
we've found is available from book stores (we ordered ours from our local
Borders), ebay, the American Gerbil Society, and other sources.  It's called
GERBILS: THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO GERBIL CARE by Donna Anastasi, and
we've turned ours into a well-worn copy.  For quick basic information, please
click the gerbil supply list and feeding tips button at the top of the page. As
breeders, our intention is to place the gerbils in loving homes, as furry
members of the family, and we will do our best to answer any questions you
may have.  We find it rare to get reliable information from most pet store
employees (it's common they can't tell girls from boys), and will turn to books
or the gerbil forums for information first.  These are wonderful pets, and if
you are looking for snake or other animal chow, please look elsewhere, My
daughter and I do not spend time hand-taming them to be used for feeders.  
Also, we do not adopt to minors without their parental consent and involvement,
and do not ship our gerbils.  We live in Chesapeake, Virginia; normally I am
unable to deliver them out of town.  To reserve a gerbil, you may mail a money
order, or can use Paypal as long as it's not a credit card payment.  Thank you

Oliver and Olivia became housemates on  4-27-07, and their first mating was May 8.
Their first litter of pups was born June 3. They separated November 2007.

Vivian and Chichi became housemates on 5-01-07,  they first mated May 19.
Their first litter of pups was born June 13. They separated September 22, 2007.

Grant and Carrie were introduced in March 2008.  They had their first litter April
12, 2008, and were separated July 16th, 2008.
